connecting Latitude 5410 to dual P2419h monitors

Hi
I'm getting a new work Latitude 5410 laptop and need to be able to display it on existing dual P2419h monitors (extend not duplicate) at home.
The Latitude 5410 has Thunderbolt and HDMI ports only. The P2419h monitors have DP, HDMI and VGA ports. Both DP ports are already in use to connect from my existing home XPS 8940 desktop, and I'm reluctant to have to keep unplugging/plugging in the DP cables every time I need to switch from desktop to laptop displays, so that leaves only the HDMI and VGA ports on the monitors to connect with the laptop.
Can anyone advise how that might be possible from the Latitude 5410? Obviously the HDMI port will connect to one monitor, but how can I connect to the second monitor for an (extended) dual display? Is there a simple adapter or conversion cable? This is only for databases, documents and web browsing, so non-optimum display resolution isn't that important.
Thanks for any advice.

@london4444  A simple USB-C to HDMI cable or dongle will get the job done for the second display.  Or if you'd prefer to only have a single cable to connect and disconnect, there are USB-C to Dual HDMI adapters like this one since the USB-C output on that system supports DisplayPort MST, which allows running multiple independent displays from a single port, and the bandwidth requirements of dual P2419H displays fits within what can be run from a single port.  (The conversion from DisplayPort MST to separate HDMI streams happens within the adapter.)
