TPM Issue (?)
Hi Dell community, i kinda need some technical support but i tried updating my TPM Chip from 1.2 to 2.0 and couldn't update it, so then i tried to update the BIOS/UEFI which did not do anything to my fTPM chip, so i need some advice and some help for this, thanks

If the reason for this is Windows 11 support, note that your system has an unsupported CPU for that OS.

@ejn63 Could be one of the reasons however it isnt sadly. My device is listed with the TPM 2.0 update and i have another laptop of the same model that has the same specs but a TPM 2.0 chip, my main issue is that one of the laptops isnt able to update to 2.0 and has the fTpm issue where it states to update the BIOS when i try to use the updater, cant rlly find a specific fix so im still researching
