XPS13 9360 - Intel HD Graphics 620 driver - Windows 10 Pro

Hello,
I would like to submit my problem installing the Intel HD Graphics 620 card driver.
Here is the situation and history:
PC DELL XPS13 with Intel I7-7500 7th gen processor, integrated graphics Intel HD Graphics 620. Windows 10 Pro OS license.
Everything works fine except the graphics card.
I tried to install drivers from DELL (several versions including the latest 22.20.16.4771).
Each time Windows indicates a problem of activation of the graphics card and puts the device KO (Windows stopped this device because it presents problems. (Code 43)).
I uninstall the drivers and use the default Microsoft driver.

DELL thought of a hardware problem and changed the motherboard, same result.

In short I am a little dry now on the options to solve my problem.
Your ideas are welcome.
Thank you in advance !

Hi pydagiral,

Thanks for posting.

Apologies that your system is not working the way you expected.

Did you have a recent problem that caused you to re-install the video drivers?  Did you recently re-install the Operating System?  If so, were the drivers installed in the correct sequence?  Was the BIOS driver updated?

Please post back, so the experts here can have a better idea and be able to assist.  Thanks.

Hi Robert,

I installed a total clean new licence of Windows 10 Pro OS (version 1709, 16299.98).

Then I applied all drivers update in latest version.

The BIOS is in 2.3.1 (and I see that there is a new one asof today 2.4.2).

What do you mean by correct sequence? Could you provide me more information to maybe do another test?

Many thanks.

Here is some information from Dell's Knowledge Base you may find helpful.

Hi Robert,

I spent my week-end on this.

Now all my drivers are in the latest version, including BIOS in 2.4.2.

I followed the correct sequence. In some cases I also had to manually apply the new driver for the system to take it into account.

The situation with the graphic card driver is still KO.

Apparently, this is the only driver that does not work on the XPS13.

Any other idea?

Many thanks.

Hi ieee488,

Thanks for this.

Still the result is the same for me at the moment.
