Stripped Hard Drive Screw

I was going to test the clone I made of my hard drive for my XPS M1330. Three of the screws holding the original drive came out easily. The fourth was either already stripped or stripped instantly as I tried to remove it. I've tried all sizes of Philips drivers. None get any grip on the screw. It's the shallow sunk inside screw. Anybody out there with any suggestions?
