Replace my optical driver with SSD, Dell Inspiron-15-5567
hello guys,
i want to add SSD to my laptop i will buy Caddy and replace it with my optical driver, the question is:
is the SSD will perform at its best in caddy or i will have to replace my HDD with SSD and put the HDD in optical driver ??

You need to replace the hard drive with the SSD - and move the hard drive to the adapter. All of these adapters are third-party - you won't find one from Dell.

First thanks for your replay .. The HDD will perform normally in the Caddy adapter ??

Yes. No hard drive can deliver anywhere near even 150/s -- and it'll be for storage only (most of these adapters cannot be used for boot drives).
