Memory card insert problem
I have the E1505 and was trying to insert my Sony memory stick duo into the card reader. My card has a sort of adapter in which I insert my card, without this the card just falls in.
When I insert the card with adapter it doesn't click in, it springs back out. The only way to use the card for downloading pictures to my laptop is to hold it in with one hand.
Can anyone help? Thanks,

I had the same problem. I forgot about the adapter I got when I bought my memory stick. The adapter feels like it is locked in the slot but if I push a little farther it does lock into place. I am kind of afraid it is going to break off at some point I have to push so hard, but I use it on a limited basis so it is not really a concern.
I found tech support to be extremely uninformed on the card reader. The first lady did not understand what I was talking about and tried to tell me it was a firewire port. After being transferred to the manager he helped me get it working.
