Latitude Faulty Power Adapter Warning

I remember last year I saw a warning describing faulty Dell power adapters for Latitudes.

The warning mentioned something about a lot of Dell power adapters that should be returned to Dell because they could cause fire or electrical shock

I can't find the warning anywhere - Does anyone here know where to find information sp I can check my latitude power adapters
