Latitude e6530 master BIOS password /1d3b

I get new E6350 laptop. Installing some software,After last boot Now asking BIOS password. I know 100%  that I don't set master password,could you please help me to unlock the password

Hi udayakumarvk,

We need to have the complete error message in order to reset the password.

Once you get a BIOS password screen, look for error that is displayed at the bottom half of the screen.

Kindly private message the error code and the service tag so that I can take the case forward.

Hi Rajesh,

the error messages are below,

This computer system # -1D3B is protected by password authentication system,you can`t access the data on this computer without the correct password, please type the system or administrator password.

i could not able to send a private message,could you please reply from my mail id : <ADMIN NOTE: Email id removed per privacy policy>

Hello Rajesh!

I have exact problem like udayakumarvk.  The message is -1D3B. I do not understand why i need this password since i do not set it. I have a Dell Latitude E6430, brand new, 2 weeks. I need to make it functional. Please give me the solution.
