How do I use the camera on my laptop?
I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 15-3558 laptop running Windows 7, which has a camera, but I don't know how to use it. I looked for camera programs preinstalled on the computer but can't find any. Please help.

Is the camera detected under Imaging devices in device manager?

Additionally, you could use Skype.
