Hello, my laptop monitor seems to have an issue, and I need help.

Hello, my screen sometimes have these green flickers, and some of the words on websites have pinkish, blue-purple letters in them. If I wait a while and scroll up and down, then these colors go away, but they keep coming back.

Even right now, as I am writing this, the shop, support, community button at the top have these colors, and some of the letters are not even shown.

The laptop model is Dell Inspiron 15 5000 intel core i7-8550U with AMD Radeon 530 Graphics card. I bought this a week ago, and could not believe that there is an issue already.

PLease someone help me!!
