I dont know if this is possible, however, is there a way to skip the DELL Logo and black screen when opening the lid or startup?

I don't believe there isn't any way possible to get rid of the Dell logo. The black screen usually is cause by either too many programs running in the startup, corrupt/ failed widows update or drivers, or a faulty hardware. Please list Dell model number and version of windows for further assistance.
Example: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
