Dell Inspiron 14 5459 Radeon driver not installing
last Thursday suddenly my Laptop windows crushed. so i fresh installed windows 10. then i tried to update online but system freezes everytime i try. then i tried to update driver from dell support and found that when ever i tried to install the gpu driver the system freezes. the intel on board driver installed fine and running but whenever i try to install radeon driver it freezes.
i have tried with three different version of driver from dell support site. also downloaded from amd radeon driver as well as the windows update driver. all have the same result.
please suggest what can be done about this.

SAJIBE,
Install the Intel Chipset drivers in the system, reboot and then install the video card drivers.

thank you for your response.
the chipset driver was installed. i reinstalled it and try to install the driver again but still no luck.
now i can not update my windows. because the new update contain the video driver for radeon. same freezes at 33%. very frustrating!! the worst part is i can not disable the integrated graphics card. so that it can avoid driver install during update.
i strongly recommend dell to createa bios system where we can choose which graphics card we want to use.
