Dell 7567 Screen Glitch
I have had this laptop for about a month with no issues. Today, however, I closed my laptop and opened it up to start working and the screen is filled with green and red vertical pixel lines. I hooked it up to a monitor and it works fine. Any help to fix this? I can restart it to use it again but every time I close my laptop and reopen it, it happens again.

I have done that and it appears to have worked. I didn't want to make another post so if you or anyone can help that would be great. Dell Update is telling me to download 8260 Wifi driver which is unable to install because it is for my system. I downloaded and tried to install 8265 Wifi driver and was unable to. Downloading the older version of 8265 only tells me that I have the newwer version installed. Any help or do I simply ignore it?
