Can't Remove Previous Dell On Screen Display

Hi there,

I had used a Dell Inspiron 15 i5559-3347 laptop as a daily driver over a year ago. Since then, I have placed the same hard drive from the laptop into other computers. My problem is that I cannot remove the volume on screen display (mute, volume +, volume -) that has persisted from my old Dell laptop. I uninstalled the proper Dell utilities a long time ago. Can anyone tell me how to manually remove the on screen display files from the file system? What I cannot do is re-install the Dell drivers (I am using a Lenovo laptop now). Thanks.
