How to boot into the usb? Can anybody please tell? I am not been able to boot into it. My laptop is DELL Inspiron 11 3000 series, windows 10

1. Insert the USB flash drive into a USB port and then power off the computer.
2. Power the computer on, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen.
3. At the boot menu, select the device under UEFI BOOT that matches the USB flash drive.
