3 e d c keys are not working & Screen Flickering

Hi,

1)  The keys 3 e d c are not working with inbuilt laptop kayboard, but extternal key board is working     fine.

My Laptop Model: DELL INSPIRON 14R - N4110

When i did Diagnostic test the below error was shown:

   Error Code: 2000-0415

   Validation: 22351

   Msg: Cables - Check the following cables : Keyboard

2) some times screen is flickering, its going if i do move the laptop monitor up and down 

Please assist me to resolve the problems permanently
