Dell g3 can't open
I have a problem with dell g3 can't open it stops at screen with dell logo I tried many times to restart it but in vain I tried to open bios menu but it didn't start it gives the same logo but with a loading bar below it I tried to press power key for 30 seconds but nothing happened I also tried to start diagnostic test but it didn't start like bios menu what should I do??

When you press the power button for 30 seconds remember it has to be done with the battery and adapter disconnected.

Welcome to the Dell Community @Mohammed.soffar
Hold down the "D" key, push the power button, release the power button, wait 2-3 seconds and release the "D" key
The laptop should go through an LCD test of solid White, Red, Green, Blue and Black 2 or 3 times.
After completion it should try to automatically boot 2 or 3 times.
Post any results.

hello brother, it’s me Martin, I have the same problem with my Dell laptop, and I tried your way but it’s not working, I hit the D key and pressed the button on it showed the three lights 3 times and it started booting up but the problem still the same.

Just making sure you are performing the steps to get into BIOS(F2 key) or Dell Preboot Menu( F12 key):
1. Power off computer. Remove all peripherals such as speakers, external drive, printer or flash drive
2. Power on computer, quickly start tapping F12 key until you see Preparing One Time Boot Menu.
Note: Please don't wait until the Dell logo to start tapping, soon as computer power on, start tapping
Please let us know if you are able to get into the BIOS or Dell Preboot menu.
