"C:\ProgramData\Dell\SARemediation\log" log files taking up disk space

XPS 15 9550

XPS 15 9550

What is the solution for "C:\ProgramData\Dell\SARemediation\log" getting filled by logs?

I have most recent Dell updates.

I am not able to access the path to delete these files.

I had the same problem. First you have to disable recovery in support assist (click gear button on right corner) and after that you have to open path with logs and delete it, after all you can enable recovery option.

Thanks for the reply.

In my laptop it doesn't even let me turn off system repair in the SupportAssist settings. I uncheck and save setting and it gives error

"This PC is no longer covered by a Service plan, but is eligible for Dell Software Support."

My laptop has passed warrenty period. This should stop from changing settings. SupportAssist sets back system repair checkbox.
