Fan not working Inspiron 5400 AIO
I was working on desktop normally I mostly do gaming one day my fan created loud noises annoying like it's hitting something the next day same taskes but no noises and after 1 mother later my fan completely stopped working I checked for clogged vents or dirty fan but nothing found I updated all the driver's my pc is upto date but still not working the fan is proper no damages I saw that when I turn on my pc my fan moves a little and stops
Please provide fix it's an emergency

can you do a Dell diagnostic test (press F12 then look for Dell dx after power on)? If the fan has failed then the test will tell you. sounds like it has failed as you observe no rpm, therefore the test will tell you the same probably too.

If it is not caused by dust, I suggest replacing the fan directly
