Downloading SupportAssist v4.x

I've just been updayed to SA v 4.0.0.54588.

If I try and downlaod it from https://www.dell.com/en-us/lp/dt/support-assist-for-pcs but it only downloads v 3.x.

Where can I (always) download the latest version of v 4.x?

I'm a Windows Insider, so I am re-installing Windows 11 v? many times a year, so I need to know this information rather the (re-)updating from v 3.x every time.
