Warning in Dell Command | vPro Out of Band

Hello everyone!

When I try to reinstall the Dell Command | vPro Out of Band Console 5.0, upon first launch I get the following error message in a yellow banner near the top:

Warning: Remote Provisioning has been previously applied. The Remote Provisioning feature is disabled.

Is there a way that anyone knows of to reset this? When we had it installed originally, we never went production, and only tested it on a couple lab systems.
