Precision T7500: No Post - Solid 2 Light
I have a Dell Precision T7500 that won't post. After powering it on the #2 diagnostic code light is solid. The power button is green not amber but won't post and 2 light stays on solid.
Any ideas how to get passed this? .

According to the manual, light 2 on Before POST is "reserved" and nothing shown for possible problem.
If its light 2 after/during POST the documentation says a PCI device configuration activity is in progress or PCI device failure was detected.
If you have any PCI devices plugged into the motherboard, do a reseat and see if that helps. Reseat, with the PC powered off, open the case and remove the PCI card and then reinstall making sure its fully and correctly reinstalled. Power back on and see if this helps. If not, possible PCI card failure.
