HELP - Need Ribbon Cables

Hi...this is gonna sound weird, but true....a mouse (or mice) got into the computer and chewed at the ribbon cables!  I need a new Ultra DMA ribbon cable (which I can get) but I also need the ribbon cable that connects from the motherboard to the front panel USB connector.  The cable is small and has the following numbers stamped on it (that I can read - not chewed) 300v 28 AWG 20AJ19-738.  I'll list my model below.  Any help in getting one of these would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
