OME 3.6.1 - Offline Update
I have an OME 3.6.1 VM (Hyper-V), which I'm trying to bring up to current version. Entire system is firewalled, and has no internet access, so this has to be an Offline update. I realize this will need to be several hops, so I've downloaded every version between 3.6.2 and 3.10.0 from https://dl.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/ in the same folder structure and Lexington files.
I haven't been able to get the NFS option to work, but it does claim that HTTP is reading fine. It sees an update to 3.8.3.8, but every time I try to Update->Download Update, it fails within a couple seconds.
The error message is very vague (IP obfuscated):
Results:
Target System: BUNDLE_DOWNLOAD
Messages:
Running
starting bundle download from
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/upgrade/
Task Failed. Completed With Errors.
One odd thing I noticed: on the Console and Plugins screen, it says the Size of the 3.8.3.8 update is 1KB. However, I've triple-checked that I have the correct files and folders, and can't find anything I'm doing wrong.
Any support would be appreciated.

@nathanielmiller
Please download the 3.7 Upgrade Builds from "https://dl.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise/3.7.0/"
make sure the folder structure and file names are not altered
Once download is complete, under console upgrade section point the path via HTTP / NFS and console upgrade should be successful.
Thanks

@nathanielmiller Thanks for the post
We have found the issue and would request for the team to fix the issue
For now is it possible to upgrade from 3.6.2 to 3.7 to 3.9 to 3.9.2 to 3.10
as a work around
Thanks

Appreciate the idea, but I can't figure out how to get it to "clear its cache" of what the available version is. I removed all the 3.8 versions in my local repository and rebooted the OME VM, but it still wants to upgrade to 3.8.3.8 and fails in the exact same way. Is there something else I need to do?

Thanks, that worked.
For those reading this later, what I specifically had to do was change the Update Source to specifically be that 3.7.0 folder.
Don't forget to change it back to the root directory after it's finished that upgrade, so you can do the rest!
