Dell mobile connect notifications stuck

I have a problem with Dell mobile connect installed on vostro 5502. When I try to scroll down to view more information in notifications section, it will become stuck at the bottom part. Then the app freezes. Usually it requires me to restart the app or restart the computer to get it fixed. It happens once every two to three days. Does anyone have the same problem and how do I get it fixed?
