vnx 5200 not compatible hgst 4tb hdd

I have a VNX 5200 Storage
In the catalog of the device(vnx5200), it is stated that the hard disk is compatible with this part number, but I added about 8 different hard disks from the Hitachi(hgst) brand to the device, or the hard disk light is orange or the hard disk is not recognized at all, please guide me, thank you

Get certified disk. Non valided and certified disks want work in any enterprise like storage.
