how to fight a this malware

Good afternoon, i have realized a virus in my PC, i have a laptop, windows 10, inspiron 5577, there is some time that my PC heat up if a minimum usage, if i open Microsoft edge or any game client (not the game) all the fans start to be used and the PC get heat up, some times just by turning my PC on all the fans start to been used, what i do to solve this is to open the task manager, than the PC goes back to normal but is not a permanent solution (when i open it the CPU is in 100% of usage and some times the GPU is the one in 100% of usage if only edge open). The PC crashes for some seconds when i am using edge or if i am using windows explorer, what i do is to open the task manager and the PC comes back. Another thing is that my battery broke out of nowhere, without any precedent. I use karpersky premium and already run the malware byte  and windows defender scam but never find anything, i have lost the admin password so i probably cant recover the system (i already make a post asking for that but i think is not possible so i am looking for another way to do it) do u know some how to fight this malware? thank you for your attention.
