Where is my order ??

I have order a G15 gaming laptop yesterday and have been told by my phone bank app that the purchase has been made, but after that I didn't get any of the order number or reference number. There isn't any message about the order details and I have check my email and phone message already. Yesterday and today I made a phone call to customer service and they want me to provide the product reference number. I mean How Can I Provide when they didn't even send me one, and they also told me the recent order is not going to show on your account, so basically I have made a purchase of the laptop, the money successfully transferred but I don't know where is my order details even though I HAVE PAID ALREADY ??
