Rewards not being honored.

I recently bought a new Alienware and opened a financial account. I have been trying to get my rewards earned to me for almost a month. I was told today because I did not give them my email there is nothing they can do. The problem is you have to give them your email when you make an account! For being one of the biggest PC companies around there support is a joke.
