Rewards Cash

I have the same issue. Trying to make a purchase but after converting the points to cash and then clicking to apply the cash it does not transfer through to payment section. On the rewards page it says available for any Dell purchase, so seemingly without any exclusions. I'm trying to buy some Dell RAM for my desktop.
