Problem cannot be solved

My laptop started having problem with 5min of inactivity lockup issues and fingerprint issues after the onsite services of changing my motherboards and daughterboad. Contacted the dell technical support at whatsapp and my problem cant be solved. Its already two weeks the problem occur and the whatsapp technical support keep everyday said that discuss with internal team to have a solution. Bad customer services!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If the problem cannot solved, just change a new laptop for me, my laptop is under warranty, not keep updating me everyday and said discuss with internal team and end up with no solution and cannot solved my issues.
