Poor Customer support.

I reached out to Dell customer service with a question about my P4317Q monitor and was shocked to be told that they couldn't assist me due to the expired warranty. It's disheartening that a company would refuse to address simple inquiries just because the warranty has lapsed. I wasn't seeking repairs, just some assistance and this experience truly reflects poor customer service. Such a lack of consideration is truly saddening.

You can seek support, but it is on a pay per incident, as it is  on anything else you own.  You don't get free diagnostics on your car once the warranty expires -- same for computer hardware.
