Never Received Order (Older than 24 months)

I have an order that I haven't received and I can't see it on my order list since it's older than 24 months. I actually contacted customer support in 2022. I missed emails trying to confirm the address during the week I contacted support due to death of family member and completely forgot about my order.  Here is the information about the order
