DELL COMPUTERS

I received a new computer from dell which was not cheap ($1900). I had technical problems (no manual) and the first tech I talked too was pretty good..but then he timed out and had to exit the call. The next tec..well she suggested I watch You tube to learN how to operate the computer. I think I paid extra for the "Youtube Advise" it was called an extended warranty...She must have missed the meeting on CS. Also the mouse I was sent is cheap..along with the keyboard where a foot fell off! TWO THUMBS DOW TO DELL AND MANAGEMENT THAT TIMES SERVICE CALLS WHEN YOU HAVE IN FACT PAID EXTRA FOR THE SERVICE!!!

Dell has not shipped a paper manual since 2008. All Manuals are online.

Dell does not offer a paid YouTube advice service. You may access the Dell YouTube channel for free.

Before our users can try to assist, you need to specify what specific Dell computer model you have there, what mouse model, keyboard, etc.
