Change unit

Equipment was received on 06/12/2024. Box has not been opened.
As soon as the buyer received the equipment, he needed to leave on his trip.
On 06/18/2024, when he returns from his trip, the buyer opens the box and notices that the Touch Pad is not working.
Therefore, he contacts Dell support to have the problem resolved, but to no avail.
The case is: <Your private information was removed from this public post. DELL-Admin> requesting an EXCHANGE of the equipment in question or a refund of the amount on the card (MasterCard)
3 working days were given to resolve the problem, today being 06/27/2024 I have no solution.
I also emphasize that the unwillingness to resolve the problem will be taken into consideration in a future purchase.
