change of ownership wont work

Question

Hi, I want to change my ownership as i just sold my Alienware, but when I'm on the screen to accept the final details, it keeps saying error.  the only thing I can see is my address country says Afghanistan and its not highlighted to change it to UK.  please can someone help?? or is there a phone number to contact someone for transfer problems??? thanks

Update = After verifying ownership and completing troubleshooting, a DELL agent assisted in transferring the ownership.
