Can I sell a Dell computer back to Dell?
Hello Dell friends, I bought a computer ia few months ago. I know the return policy is 30 days.. , so it is no longer eligible for refund. The problem is I don‘t like it. It is Dell Inspiron 16 but I want a 2-1 as used to have. The device is brand new. If I want to sell it back to you, and in case that is possible, how much do I get? I want to buy another Dell computer with the same. Thanks!

You can get a quote from tradein.dell.com -- but you're unlikely to get much for a relatively new system (think 50% at best).
If you really want to extract maximum value from the system, you'd be better off selling it privately. Since it has a warranty, you may lose only 20-30% of the initial cost, and come out quite a bit ahead.
