Bought new monitor, but it is used?

I purchased a DELL monitor at November 2023. On DELL website, I entered the Service Tag which is printed on the label on the back side of the monitor. Then, on the DELL website is appears that:

  • The warranty expires within 10 months from today. (Warranty should be 3 years.)
  • The monitor already received "Onsite Service After Remote Diagnosis" twice - once in 2021 and another one in 2022.

Receiving a used product is unacceptable for me nor it never was communicated that the product is used. DELL website doesn't allow me to open a Service Request for this product. How do I verify with a DELL representative whether the product is new or used? Including the date that the warranty was started?

You need to contact your seller for information, since it's clear the system wasn't purchased direct from Dell.  If they can't or won't answer, return the monitor to them for a refund.

2023 monitor models would not have been serviced in 2021 and 2022.  Obviously, you bought an older model.  If you did not purchased it from Dell, check with the seller.

The manufacturing date is at year 2021.

But the actual purchase action that I did, is at 2023.

I want to contact a DELL representative to verify that there isn't any mistake or any misunderstanding.

On a monitor, it means nothing -- Dell doesn't service monitors.  If a technician deems the monitor has failed under warranty, the monitor is then replaced.
