Amount deducted, but order not placed for Laptop

Hi team , 

I have tried to book Inspiron 16 Laptop from Dell online. While doing an upi payment , my money Rs."69990.01" was debited from my account, but no order confirmation was provided. Neither I got any E-Mail nor order Id was generated. I tried reaching out customer care but didn’t got any solution as such. I have ordered it on Thursday, 04 Aug, 2022. It has been quite some days and I have not got any solution regarding this problem. this is highly humiliating for a customer to not get a confirmation even after the payment. I have the transaction evidence with me and ready to share. Please reach to me out  and confirm my order.

Finally, after multiple requests through multiple channels and phone calls followed by many follow ups, and lots of struggle for almost a week, I finally heard from dell and they agreed that they had received the payment. They created the order now and its on track.

Final Verdict is, you will never loose your money. After continuous follow ups you will certainly get your money/product. But, will certainly loose your peace of mind and patience.

Dell should seriously correct their systems. If they can not manage their Ecommerce sight, traffic or payment gateway, they should take the help of the other proven Ecommerce sites like Amazon or Flipkart and stop selling from their own site. If this happens continuously, you will definitely loose your business. 

This is my final product purchase with Dell, because I would never want to loose my peace of mind.

Dell is on leave for 2 days and you can expect it Tuesday to know the status of your order. Same problem here ordered a laptop yesterday and waiting for the confirmation.

Hi Dell Team,

I am in a panic situation. Its really bad experience for me buying in a top company website like Dell. Please help me out. Its already 5 days, I had not heard anything from you. Also shared the transaction related id and screenshot privately. Please help me out.
