CloudBoost DNS and FQDN configure requirement
The CloudBoost Installation Guide introduce that CloudBoost Appliance should configure a DNS and FQDN. I want to know whether the DNS and FQDN have some special requirements ?

Yes that seems strange to have varying results with nslookup, which could cause registration failure.
On the CloudBoost CLI run the following commands to do some tests:
1. To check your FQDN as configured on CB, run this.
status
2. To do network verification tests, run these.
diagnostics nslookup
diagnostics nslookup
diagnostics nslookup console.dpccloud.com
Please note that CloudBoost needs to be able to communicate with console.dpccloud.com on port 443 for registration to work.

The CloudBoost appliance requires Forward (A) and Reverse (PTR) DNS records on FQDN.
Please review the following article for more CB requirement details.

Thanks for your reply. My FQDN is cloudboost-test.huawei.com. But when I use command "nslookup cloudboost-test.huawei.com", sometimes the result shows the FQDN name is cloudboost-test.huawei.com.test.com. Does this reason cause the register procedure failed?
