EMC CTA/VE Not archiving

I am trying to test EMC CTA/VE v12.0.1

My destination is Azure cloud

The source is a celerra NS480

The target verifies fine......so does the source.

The policy i created is set to archive everything above 8k in size.

In the sched, I have it pointing to a directory on the NS480 that has a handfull of files...all over 1 meg in size.

I run the job.   0 success, 0 failure, 0 total size.
