I assume you mean an HA (High Availability) cluster. Blades in a chassis are just servers like any other server. The M1000e provides the infrastructure for power/cooling/networking/etc .. but from an OS/application perspective, they are just servers, like any other server you would put in a rack.
From the hardware compatability guide I see the M600 and M905 supported for SLES 10 - http://www.novell.com/partnerguide/section/481.html - so I would assume it supports all features, but that is an assumption. Probably best to double check with Novell.
