x14, stopped working by not powering on

I have purchased Alienware x14 on Nov 25, 2022 from best buy. I have used only for college purpose. Four days back the laptop suddenly stopped working by not powering on. I checked if its a charging issue or adapter or the battery but I am not able to figure it out. I haven't used it for 2 complete years and there are already issues I don't know what options do I have right now.
