Question before purchasing

Hello all, does anyone know what the max duration is for the glass RGB touchpad for the x16 r1 or x16 r2? The main reason I’m stuck between the Titan 18 hx and the x16 is that it’s an ongoing issue that Alienware won’t release a bios option to keep the RGB touchpad always on for the x16. I know the titan is continuous. Thank you
