m18 R1, BSOD, lots of event failures, problems with shutting down
Dell is a joke, and so is their Technical Support. I have wiped my M18R1 laptop 10 times since purchase in July of 2023, each time restoring to factory and sitting by for hours while windows updates itself, and I still get BSOD, lots of event failures, problems with shutting down and the Automatic switching between discrete and UHD integrated graphics doesn't work. I have submitted 8 Service Requests to Dell. Seven of those requests were arbitrarily closed without any solution. I am never buying anything Dell again. I spent $4,200 on my gaming laptop and the performance is laughable. It has not worked correctly ever. I started having issues within a couple of hours of delivery.
