m18 R1, new, random reboots and many bluescreens

Alienware m18 R1 AMD

Alienware m18 R1 AMD

I got this m18 R1 AMD model a couple weeks ago. I have had numerous random reboots while gaming or browsing, numerous bluescreens for various reasons. Tech support had me wipe and reinstall windows. Then after about an hour I got a reboot and a blue screen,. I also had about 13,500 events in the event manager. this thing turns on sometimes after being off and the display never wakes up. So i have to do a hard reboot. My other fairly new alienware laptops have never done anything like this.

Any ideas?
