Hi @HassanHakem welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.

Please undertake a Hard Reset (Flea power release)

  1. Turn off your computer.
  2. Disconnect the power adapter from your computer.
  3. Remove the base cover.
  4. Disconnect Battery.
  5. Press and hold the power button for more than 15 seconds to drain the flea power.
  6. Connect Battery.
  7. Install the base cover.
  8. Connect the power adapter to your computer.
  9. Turn on your computer.

If problem persists, run Windows Reliability Monitor and wait for creation of Event timeline. How to use Windows Reliability Monitor to identify software issues | Dell US. Look for event that occurs at first power-on. Open this event to find Root Cause and Microsoft error code. Search internet for Microsoft error code to find fix/solution.

Hi @HassanHakem thank you for sharing update.

Can you recall if this issue is fixed by movement of the laptop lid? The cable from the system board (aka motherboard) to the screen may have become electrically detached at power-on but then reattached during subsequent power-on.

What happens when HDMI cable from laptop is attached to external TV or monitor?

Does the power-on button have any System diagnostic lights? Note: The Onboard system memory, Dual-channel DDR4 is soldered to the system board
