m16 R1, non-Dell seller, warranty, missing mouse

i bought my alienware m16 r1 with i9 and 4080 on 07/07/2024. accourding to the seller i was getting a alienware mouse. i also wanted to extend my warrenty. so i told seller to extend my warrent and he did and him all the documents he asked me and he claimed on the dell website and told me to pay when my claim will be approved. its been 4 days but i didnt heard anything from dell regarding my warrenty extension or about alienware mouse? i am so much dissapointed in dell servise i bought such costly laptop and getting this.

Anything purchased from other than Dell is subject to the seller's policies;  contact them.  If you're not happy with the seller and they offer a return policy, take it and request a refund.
