m15 R5, totally unresponsive after update… please help!

Hoping someone will be able to help here. My laptop had an update, started it fine then when restarting as part of the update it seems to have bricked itself. On startup all I get now is the keyboard lighting up then the power icon flashes 3 red and 6 blue then repeats. tried to initiate the BIOS Recovery but this doesn’t work, holding D on power-on also does nothing. Any ideas from anyone? Huge thanks!
