m15 R3, dead or stuck pixel

Hi,

I just found out that my Alienware LCD has either a stuck or dead pixel. I only saw it yesterday when I changed my wallpaper. This pixel has a red color and stays at the middle of the screen. How can I tell if it is a stuck or a dead pixel? It can be detected clearly on the white or color background, can't see it with black background. Tried to use flash screen method for stuck pixel for a few hours without result. Just bought my Alienware about more than a month. Is there any warranty if it is a dead pixel? Or any solution to fix it?
